Pay Your Utility Bill

The Midvale City residential utility bills cover various services based on your address including Water, Sewer, Trash & Recycling, Storm Drain, Street Lighting, and Utopia (optional fiber optic internet). Your sewer service may be provided by Midvale City, Mid Valley Improvement District, Cottonwood Improvement District, or Sandy Suburban Improvement District. You may contact the Sewer Districts for more details.

Midvale City offers several convenient payment options for utility payments. 

Rates
For current utility rates, please see the FY2024 Municipal Fee Schedule.  The FY2023 Municipal Fee Schedule includes the rates in effect from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.  

Reduced Utility Rates 

Midvale City offers reduced utility rates for individuals who qualify for tax relief through Salt Lake County. If you qualify for tax relief through Salt Lake County, please fill out our application for reduced utility rates and bring in your tax assessor's notice and we will apply the discount to your bill.
