According to the Midvale Historical Society, the local Midvale Kiwanis (kee-wah-nis) club sponsored the first Harvest Days in 1938. Kiwanis, supported by other civic organizations and the cooperation of surrounding towns, initiated the event with a parade, queen contest, car raffle and concluded with fireworks.
Over the years our City has come together to celebrate the harvest of friendship and community found “in the middle of everything”. Today the Midvale Harvest Days celebration is an event enjoyed by hundreds of residents from the City and surrounding communities. We invite you to come and enjoy the festivities with your friends and family.
Please visit our Midvale Harvest Days website for updates on events and information about becoming a vendor or participating in our Parade!
