    Planning Commission Public Hearing

    The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for 124-unit townhome project to be located at 853 W. Tuscany View Rd. and 7549 S. Bingham Junction Blvd. in The Junction at Midvale. This request is being made by the Gardner Company/Holmes Homes.

    PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE

     
    Midvale City hereby gives notice that Midvale City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 655 W. Center St. Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a rezone from Single Family-1 with Duplex Overlay (SF1-DO) Zone to the Regional Commercial (RC) Zone located at 74 West 7200 South.
