Planning Commission Public Hearing

MIDVALE CITY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a request to amend the General Plan from high density residential to commercial and rezone the property from RM-25 to State Street Commercial at 6832 S. State St. The Planning Commission will also be considering a request for a conditional use permit and preliminary site plan for a self-service storage facility at this same location. These requests are being made by Stephen Brendle.
