The Administrative Services department was created at the beginning of 2006. This department is designated as the umbrella for all administrative services including the City Recorder's Office, Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services Director
Bryce has over 25 years’ experience in city management, finance, administrative services, and public policy. He started his career in building inspection and community development before becoming a town manager in Brian Head, UT. From there he has been an Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services director in West Jordan, Cottonwood Heights and Midvale. He is currently serving as the President of the Utah City/County Management Association.
Bryce earned a master’s degree in public administration from Southern Utah University and a bachelor’s degree in business administrative from Utah State University. Go Aggies!
Bryce and Angie (his wife of 30 years) have three sons, two of which are married, and their first grandchild. In his free time, Bryce enjoys carpentry, reading and spending time with his family. After growing up in Star Valley Wyoming, Bryce thinks that the tropical weather of Utah is refreshing.
Assistant Finance Director
Dalin is a licensed CPA in the State of Utah. He has an MBA degree from Utah State University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University. He also has an undergraduate degree from BYU in Exercise Physiology.
Dalin is married with five children (4 girls, 1 boy). He has lived in Utah all his life and loves spending time in the outdoors. He especially enjoys fly fishing as often as he can. He's a huge college football fan – there’s nothing better.
