Typically, the process for a new development proposal begins with the submittal of a concept plan. The concept plan will be reviewed in a Development Review Meeting. The Development Review Committee is comprised of Midvale City staff, and is designed to provide input to developers prior to them submitting an official development application. Information regarding this meeting can be found at the following link:  Development Review Meeting Submittal
