Development Applications
Prior to submitting a development application, please contact the Planning Department to ensure you have the correct application (phone (801) 567-7231). Submittal and processing requirements can be found in Chapter 17-3 Administration and Enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance.
Typically, the process for a new development proposal begins with the submittal of a concept plan. The concept plan will be reviewed in a Development Review Meeting. The Development Review Committee is comprised of Midvale City staff, and is designed to provide input to developers prior to them submitting an official development application.
