Spring Cleaning - Bulky Waste Program

It's that time of year again when we clean out our homes, garages and sheds. Midvale City has established the Bulky Waste Pickup program to help residents with their cleanup efforts. This service is for Midvale City Sanitiation customers only. The 2008 green waste and bulky waste program will begin in April and run through October. Green waste will be picked up monthly while bulky waste will be picked up in April and October only.

Midvale City Surplus Auction

Midvale City will be holding an auction for surplus equipment. Items included in the auction:
- Computer Equipment (towers*, monitors, printers, laptop, servers*)
- cars
- trucks
- lawn care equipment.
These items will be available to view and bid on January 23rd (Tue) and 24th (Wed) at the Midvale City Public Works Building, Fleet Division, located at 8196 South Main St (700 W) in Midvale.
* Due to data security issues, all computers and servers are sold without fixed storage devices (Hard Disk Drives).

Bulky Waste Curbside Pickup - October 2006

In addition to the green waste pickup, bulky waste will be picked up during the month of October. Items such as furniture, carpet, household appliances*, etc. can be placed curbside up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup day.
*some restrictions apply
